Colene is responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, including marketing and leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance. She also has an academic background in Human Resources Management, holding a bachelor's degree in the field. Her duties include recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews.

Colene is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. She is also a team player and is always willing to go the extra mile to help others. Being a Retired 1SG wife she is very knowledgeable and empathetic to Military Life. Having PCSed many times over 23 years she can relate, assist, and make every transition smoothly for Property Owners and Tenants.



In 2022, Colene joined Sarver Real Estate, Inc. as the Tenant Manager and has quickly learned all the intricacies of Property Management. Her promotion to Property Manager shows her strong dedication to the company and its clients.

In her downtime, Colene enjoys spending time with family. She is blessed to have her three children and their families living locally, and her parents a short drive away in Texas. Colene is an avid reader, has a passion for baking, and loves to stay involved in the Military community.
