Kathryn, originally from Camden, SC, is a dedicated professional whose unique experiences as the wife of an active-duty Army First Sergeant have shaped her diverse career path. Throughout her husband’s military career, she has lived in many places, gaining exposure to various industries, including owning two small businesses. With a background in English and sociology, Kathryn has also devoted significant time to homeschooling her children and volunteering in the many communities she’s called home.

Currently serving as the First Vice President of the Fort Johnson Spouses and Community Club and actively involved in her church at East Leesville Baptist, Kathryn’s passion for community is evident in all she does. Her role in property management allows her to connect with others and assist families, especially military ones, as they transition to new areas—a cause close to her heart. Kathryn finds immense fulfillment in helping tenants feel at home while assisting in managing property maintenance and cultivating positive relationships.

In her private life, Kathryn enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking or fishing, and is also a certified professional chef. She delights in creating culinary masterpieces, often surrounded by her eight children and daughter-in-law. Blessed to be part of the ERA family, Kathryn is grateful for the supportive work environment that allows her to thrive during this season of active-duty military life, making every day a learning experience in real estate and tenant management.
