Ranelle
As the Managing Broker of ERA Sarver Real Estate, Ranelle Birmingham, has been a driving
force in the west central Louisiana and Fort Johnson area for over 47 years.
Ranelle’s journey began in 1977, fresh out of LSU with high honors. She joined ERA Sarver Real
Estate and quickly established herself as a top agent. Her dedication and expertise have earned
her numerous accolades, including the prestigious Leader Circle Designation in 2004 and
Beyond Excellence Designations for over 20 years.
Under Ranelle’s leadership, ERA Sarver Real Estate has consistently ranked among the top 200
companies in ERA for the past 20 years, even reaching the coveted Top 50 in 2009. In 2006,
they were awarded the Jim Jackson Award for Excellence in Service, a testament to their
commitment to client satisfaction.
Ranelle and her husband, Lee Birmingham, are dedicated mentors. They have a proven track
record of coaching agents to reach their full potential, helping them achieve ERA’s prestigious
Leader Circle and Beyond Excellence designations.
served as the First Vice President of the Greater Vernon Parish Chamber of Commerce, past
president of the Mayor’s Women’s Commission, and Board Member of Leesville Main Street
Program and Fort Polk Progress.
Ranelle is an active member of the House of Blessing Church, where she leads the worship
team. Her faith in central to her life, and she readily acknowledges God’s grace in her many
accomplishments. When she’s not busy leading the charge at ERA Sarver Real Estate, Ranelle
enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, and fishing.
